We strive to provide

clients. We work to assist school districts develop a
comprehensive system of
professional development that involves the consistent and sustained effort of everyone in the
organization. Our focus is Preschool
through Middle School. Areas of expertise include but are not

Customized Consultation Services
School and District-wide Literacy Programs System Analysis
Consultation to district curriculum councils in system-wide literacy change and/or
development
Response to Intervention. Developing and implementing RtI models, including
delineation of tiers, selection and implementation of core, supplemental and intervention reading
programs.
Facilitation of District-wide Literacy Leadership
Councils
Faciltation of Peer Resource Committees for the purpose of on-going job-embedded
professional development
On-site support analyzing, validating and using assessment data to develop instructional
and progress monitoring plans. Guiding and/or leading district committees in the development of literacy
assessment frameworks.
Working with building level teams, using evidence based reading research, to develop
literacy programs including assessment, instruction, progress monitoring and evaluation
